Our guests have a lively discussion about their philosophy of inclusion and their own experiences of representation and inclusion in paddlesport. They explore ideas of authenticity, intention, the need for active involvement to overcome barriers and to challenge the status quo. They also give some practical examples of how they have supported paddlers from underrepresented backgrounds.
